  • Email list data (Name/Email): Retained until you unsubscribe.

  • Client booking/intake form data and handwritten notes: Retained for a period necessary for providing the service and meeting professional insurance and record-keeping requirements for 7 years after our work concludes – After this period, paper notes are securely shredded, and digital data is securely deleted where feasible within third-party systems.
